More stock images, also plenty of swirl art inspiration - hoping to do some vector versions of these, also learning to pencil sketch in theory - if i get out of the book and pick up pencils.

Another year and a bit gone by!
Have been doing various bits of artwork, some vector stuff which I may be able to share soon.
In the meantime, some mixed stock photos from Italy from two years ago, and also some from nearer to home.
I hope more later ....

Inspired by the Royal Wedding to create a "Keep Calm" tribute for t-shirt for Wills and Kate.

Errr... oops i lost concentration and havn't submitted anything for a year, sorry. Thanks for comments and replies, favs, watches etc.
Will be uploading some more stock soon and hopefully back to doing some manipulation/illustration again. This year has been a little busy, not least due to a 10 and 3 year old demanding Dad time - rightly.
More later - but hopefully not too long...

Stock rules (for images marked as Stock images only) clarified by request!
Deviantart use: you can use Stock images for non-commercial use as long as you link to my account, or the image and credit me in your manipulation.
Product or commercial use: please let me know what the images are being used for before - I don't expect to say no but I'd like to know what it's for (ie appropriate use). If you sell a lot then a sample would be nice...I leave this to your conscience.
Non-profit external (to Deviantart) use: please let me know what the images are being used for before - I don't expect to say no but I'd like to know what it's for (ie appropriate use).
Appropriate use: none of my Stock images to be used in manipulation that could be considered obscene, illegal or associated with hate messages. Seems obvious but there we go.
Other publication: none of my Stock or other work to be posted to other sites, or reproduced without my permission, I like Deviantart...

My favourite time of year and little time to do photography of trees, leaves and the like. Its been a pretty rubbish summer, with the weather bad, the best weekend surfing marred by losing my (wife's) camera and pictures of kids and fantastic walk at Lydford Gorge.
The positive side is I now finally have a vaguely decent digital camera to replace the use of phone camera. although I will say as most of my stock photos were with a Nokia 6230i i think they were better than more expensive phone camera used recently...

It's a poor imitation of his most known work - "My family and other animals" and represents his use of dabs of light for which he was so well known. He's one of my contant inspirations for when life is hard, as he faced so many hardships himself. When you consider the life of many infantry was hard, often short and surrounded by death and injury, it just shows that artistic talent isn't just grown in middle-class colleges and studios.

Well actually back from an extended break from DA while house extension etc going on and work went ballistic. Anyhow I'm due to upload some stock and also some manip pieces shortly, thanks for all those :+fav: and adding watches - I will be replying shortly but apologies as have been beaten by work email never mind DA notes. Happy Christmas all in anticipation (or Eid Mubarak to those of you celebrating Eid today)
English June...
For those who don't know, June is currently more like April in England with rain dominating just about every day. Ironically April was like an English June should be so I'm uploading more stock taken in April. I'm hoping to upload some new summer stock just as soon as we get a summer catch up and a chance to go somewhere without being soaked to the skin. Thanks to all those commenting and :+fav: -ing bits of stock and manips alike, I'm very encouraged by all this. Cheers

I came across your awesome gallery by browsing for witch and broom and finding your lovely witch house. You've got really awesome stock photos in your gallery!
Just to put it into the correct category, I'd like to ask some questions regarding your stock usage rules:
1. Can we submit artwork containing your stock (in case of a photomanipulation) or a reference of your stock (when it's not a photomanipulation) for the various print products here on deviantART?
2. What about noncommercial offsite use (like personal web pages)?
3. What about commercial offsite use. By this I mean submitting artwork including your stock as stock or reference for offering print products (like prints, T-shirts, mugs etc.) to sites like RedBubble.com (where one can write a description with links like here on dA) or Zazzle.com (where one unfortunately only can credit in a comment under the product and I don't know if linking is possible)? Would this also be possible?
